A Little About Me
A space grounded in empathy, trust, and acceptance.
Everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and therapy can make room for that process to unfold at your pace.
As a person-centered therapist, my approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and genuine respect for each individual’s unique journey. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I believe the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful tool for transformation. By fostering trust and acceptance, I aim to support clients in gaining insight into emotional challenges, building coping skills, and developing deeper connections with themselves and others.
My approach supports teens and adults across the lifespan and takes culture into account. I am committed to walking alongside my clients, honoring their individuality, and empowering them to take steps toward greater peace, fulfillment, healing, and growth at their own pace.
