A Little About Me

A space for stability, relief, and growth.

Seeking support requires courage and vulnerability—and you have already taken the first step.

I often work with adults who are experiencing racing thoughts, struggling with life transitions, or living with low self-esteem. Whether you are experiencing a new job, a breakup, the loss of a loved one, or another difficult transition, together we can navigate life’s challenges and work toward a sense of stability and relief.

In our work together, we can create a space where you can talk through your experience and move toward change and growth at your own pace. I strive to tailor my approach to meet your needs for challenge, care, safety, and insight.

Based on my previous client work and my own mental health journey, I believe connecting with others allows impactful growth and change to happen. If what I have shared resonates with you, please reach out and we can see if we would be a good fit together.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Get to Know Julie

A little more about what it is like to work together.

Finding the right therapist is personal. These answers offer another glimpse into my style, priorities, and the kind of space I hope to create.

You never need perfect words or a fully formed goal before beginning therapy.

How would you describe your style as a therapist?

I tailor therapy to meet your needs for challenge, care, safety, and insight. You may be ready to establish goals and begin creating change, or you may simply need a welcoming place to talk through what has been weighing on you.

Who do you work with?

I often work with adults experiencing racing thoughts, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, women’s concerns, and relationship conflict.

Which types of therapy do you use?

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. We will shape our work around your needs, goals, values, and pace.

How do you help clients who aren’t sure where to begin?

That is completely okay. You may be ready to establish goals and begin creating change, or you may simply need a safe place to get things off your chest. We can start by understanding how you want to use our time and move forward together at your pace.

What do you hope clients take away from therapy?

My hope is that our work helps you find relief, stability, and progress while developing tools that remain useful beyond the therapy room.
